Pack & ship
Pack it snugly (any sturdy box works) and drop it at the carrier.
Get paid
We check it against your description and pay you by Zelle, Venmo or PayPal within 1 business day of arrival.
Packing checklist
- Back up, then sign out of iCloud / Google / Samsung and turn off Find My.
- Remove SIM and memory cards.
- Charge it a little if it still turns on.
- Wrap it in bubble wrap or clothes, and make sure it doesn't rattle in the box.
- Keep your drop-off receipt until you're paid.

What if my device isn't exactly as I described?
No surprises: we text you a revised offer with photos of what we found. Accept it and get paid, or decline and we ship it back free.
How fast do I get paid?
Within 1 business day of your package arriving, by Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. Tracking tells us (and you) the moment it lands.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. We email a prepaid USPS label, and you just need a box. For high-value items we add insurance to the label.
What about my data?
Please back up and sign out of iCloud/Google first. Either way, every device is wiped as soon as it's checked in.
